Many of these files are no longer available have been removed because the file is not working for public SWBF2 (Classic) servers any longer. The files have been archived here to resolve bookmarks for our website visitors and allow our visitors some information as to what may have happened to these downloads.

SWBF2 (Classic) 1.4 Server Patch - No longer available for download and will not work with the current game updates for the 2005 original SWBF2 (Classic) game or the Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection from Aspyr.

SWBF2 (Classic) Hero/Villain Damage Chart PDF/HTML - This download is now a responsive webpage: iOn's Damage Chart.

SWBF2 (Classic) Global Warfighter League Anti-Cheat v2.3 - This file is no longer available for download and will not work with the current game. This SWBF2 (Classic) anti-cheat runs while the SWBF2 (Classic) game is running in the background. It monitors background processes running on the computer to make sure there are not multiple instances of the game running on the computer and verifies the original SWBF2 (Classic) game files to make sure the game hasn't been modified. The anti-cheat also verifies GWL approved Mods for competition at Global Warfighter League.

During development, Lucas Arts was kept in the loop through continuous communication and provided with all versions of the anti-cheat software. While this is not an official anti-cheat for the SWBF2 Classic game (2005) from Pandemic, Lucas Arts was well aware of the software through its development. The software was mainly utilized by Global Warfighter League for competition on ladders, tournaments, and leagues involving the SWBF2 (Classic) game there at the website.

SWBF2 (Classic) Remote Admin - This PDF is available for download in our resources section. The SWBF2 (Classic) Remote Admin Doc was extensively used by the community for admin of the SWBF2 (Classic) online server. Even though this is available for download or viewing, the commands do not work on any current versions of the game publicly. The file is made available for the users and players who are still using the file and commands for private servers and private modified server files.

What happened to these files?

At one time, some of these files were essential to our website users and the SWBF2 (Classic) community as a whole. Today, these downloads no longer serve the purpose they were originally intended for and will not work on the publicly released updated SWBF2 (Classic) games. However; this page will be left as an archive and can now stand as informational historic page for those interested in what they were used for anyone looking for the files. This index was created to keep track and list these downloads.
